The example below illustrates how holiday entitlements are calculated for a full time customer service assistant working 40 hours per week.   Holiday entitlement 20 days + bank and public holidays 8 days = Total 28 days (x 8 hours a day) = Total in hours (for full time) 224 hours

You will be given the necessary training to deliver your role (this will vary depending on whether you join as a Customer Service Assistant or a manager).

At bp retail we offer an internal development programme called Pathways. This supports our employees to progress their careers from a customer service assistant up to store manager.
