Each day brings a new set of challenges for our retail store managers. Their ability to inspire a team, build rapport with customers and make shrewd business decisions is crucial in ensuring store operations always run like clockwork. You will lead a team of up to 30 team members and three managers, taking responsibility for all aspects of the store, managing sales, developing staff, overseeing HR, and, most importantly, guaranteeing exceptional customer service by instilling its importance in your team. You will also be active on the store floor, leading your colleagues by example.
