As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll spend a lot of time on the shop floor, serving barista coffee, running the till, cleaning the store and keeping the store tidy. It is a busy role and a fun environment, working as part of a dedicated team.

What you'll get

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be asked to complete some online training that will get you up to speed with bp Retail. This way, you can feel confident of what is expected of you in your new role before you walk through the door. The Customer Service Assistant training can be completed on your own computer at home and you’ll be paid for the time you spend on it.
